스가랴 1장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORD came to Zechariah the son of Berechiah, son of Iddo, the prophet, saying,

   1 다리오의 제이년 팔월에 주의 말씀이 잇도의 손자요, 베레기야의 아들인 대언자 스가랴에게 임하여 이르시되,

2. 2 "The LORD was very angry with your fathers.

   2 주가 너희 조상들을 심히 불쾌히 여겼느니라.

3. 3 Therefore say to them, Thus says the LORD of hosts: Return to me, says the LORD of hosts, and I will return to you, says the LORD of hosts.

   3 그러므로 너는 그들에게 이르기를, 군대들의 주께서 이같이 말씀하시느니라. 너희는 내게로 돌아서라. 군대들의 주가 말하노라. 그러면 내가 너희에게로 돌아서리라. 군대들의 주가 말하노라.

4. 4 Be not like your fathers, to whom the former prophets cried out, `Thus says the LORD of hosts, Return from your evil ways and from your evil deeds. But they did not hear or heed me, says the LORD.

   4 너희는 너희 조상들같이 되지 말라. 이전의 대언자들이 그들에게 외쳐 이르기를, 군대들의 주께서 이같이 말씀하시느니라. 이제 너희는 너희의 악한 길들과 너희의 악한 행위들을 버리고 돌아서라, 하였으나 그들이 듣지 아니하고 내 말에 귀를 기울이지 아니하였느니라. 주가 말하노라.

5. 5 Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live for ever?

   5 너희 조상들, 그들이 어디 있느냐? 또 대언자들, 그들이 영원히 사느냐?

6. 6 But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not overtake your fathers? So they repented and said, As the LORD of hosts purposed to deal with us for our ways and deeds, so has he dealt with us."

   6 오히려 내가 나의 종 대언자들에게 명령한 내 말들과 내 법규들이 너희 조상들을 붙잡지 아니하였느냐? 그러므로 그들이 돌아와서 이르기를, 군대들의 주께서 우리 길들에 따라, 우리 행위들에 따라 우리에게 행하려고 생각하신 대로 그렇게 우리를 다루셨도다, 하였느니라, 하라, 하시니라.

7. 7 On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month which is the month of Shebat, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORD came to Zechariah the son of Berechiah, son of Iddo, the prophet; and Zechariah said,

   7 ¶ 다리오의 제이년 십일월 곧 스밧 월 이십사일에 주의 말씀이 잇도의 손자요, 베레기야의 아들인 대언자 스가랴에게 임하니 그가 말하니라.

8. 8 "I saw in the night, and behold, a man riding upon a red horse! He was standing among the myrtle trees in the glen; and behind him were red, sorrel, and white horses.

   8 내가 밤에 보니, 보라, 한 남자가 붉은 말을 타고 밑바닥에 있는 은매화나무들 사이에 서 있으며 그의 뒤에는 붉은 말들과 얼룩진 말들과 흰말들이 있기에

9. 9 Then I said, `What are these, my lord? The angel who talked with me said to me, `I will show you what they are.

   9 그때에 내가 이르되, 오 내 주여, 이것들은 무엇이니이까? 하매 나와 말하던 천사가 내게 이르되, 이것들이 무엇인지 내가 네게 보여 주리라, 하니

10. 10 So the man who was standing among the myrtle trees answered, `These are they whom the LORD has sent to patrol the earth.

    10 은매화나무들 사이에 서 있는 남자가 응답하여 이르되, 이것들은 주께서 땅을 이리저리 지나다니라고 보내신 자들이라, 하니라.

11. 11 And they answered the angel of the LORD who was standing among the myrtle trees, `We have patrolled the earth, and behold, all the earth remains at rest.

    11 그들이 은매화나무들 사이에 서 있는 주의 천사에게 응답하여 이르되, 우리가 땅을 이리저리 지나다녀 보았는데, 보소서, 온 땅이 평안하며 안식하고 있나이다, 하더라.

12. 12 Then the angel of the LORD said, `O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou have no mercy on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these seventy years?

    12 ¶ 그때에 주의 천사가 응답하여 이르되, 오 군대들의 주여, 주께서 예루살렘과 유다의 도시들에게 긍휼을 베풀지 아니하시기를 어느 때까지 하시리이까? 주께서 그들에게 격노하신 지 이렇게 칠십 년이 되었나이다, 하매

13. 13 And the LORD answered gracious and comforting words to the angel who talked with me.

    13 주께서 나와 말하던 천사에게 좋은 말씀들과 위로하는 말씀들로 대답하시더라.

14. 14 So the angel who talked with me said to me, `Cry out, Thus says the LORD of hosts: I am exceedingly jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion.

    14 그러므로 나와 대화하던 천사가 내게 말하되, 너는 외쳐 이르기를, 군대들의 주께서 이같이 말씀하시느니라. 내가 예루살렘과 시온을 위해 큰 질투로 질투하며

15. 15 And I am very angry with the nations that are at ease; for while I was angry but a little they furthered the disaster.

    15 안락하게 지내는 이교도들을 아주 심히 불쾌히 여기노라. 내가 내 백성을 조금 불쾌히 여겼는데도 그들이 협력하여 고통을 더하였느니라.

16. 16 Therefore, thus says the LORD, I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion; my house shall be built in it, says the LORD of hosts, and the measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.

    16 그러므로 주가 이같이 말하노라. 내가 긍휼히 여기며 예루살렘으로 돌아왔으니 사람들이 내 집을 그 안에 건축하고 예루살렘 위에 측량줄을 치리라. 군대들의 주가 말하노라, 하고

17. 17 Cry again, Thus says the LORD of hosts: My cities shall again overflow with prosperity, and the LORD will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem."

    17 또 외쳐 이르기를, 군대들의 주께서 이같이 말씀하시느니라. 내 도시들이 번영을 통해 여전히 널리 퍼지리라. 주가 여전히 시온을 위로하며 여전히 예루살렘을 택하리라, 하라, 하니라.

18. 18 And I lifted my eyes and saw, and behold, four horns!

    18 ¶ 그때에 내가 눈을 들어 보니 네 개의 뿔이 보이기에

19. 19 And I said to the angel who talked with me, "What are these?" And he answered me, "These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem."

    19 나와 말하던 천사에게 내가 이르되, 이것들은 무엇이니이까? 하매 그가 내게 대답하되, 이것들은 유다와 이스라엘과 예루살렘을 흩은 뿔들이라, 하니라.

20. 20 Then the LORD showed me four smiths.

    20 또 주께서 내게 네 명의 목수를 보이시기에

21. 21 And I said, "What are these coming to do?" He answered, "These are the horns which scattered Judah, so that no man raised his head; and these have come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations who lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter it."

    21 그때에 내가 이르되, 이들은 무엇을 하러 왔나이까? 하니 그분께서 말씀하여 이르시되, 이것들은 유다를 흩어서 아무도 머리를 들지 못하게 한 뿔들이라. 그러나 이 목수들이 와서 그것들을 두렵게 하고 또 전에 유다 땅 위로 자기들의 뿔을 들어 그 땅을 흩은 이방인들의 뿔들을 쫓아내려 하느니라, 하시더라.
